Barbara is a nationally recognized artist specializing in soft pastel. Capturing moments, subjects and strong visual concepts with the near pure pigments of pastel is exhilarating to her, and sharing this with others is something she is very passionate about.
Her latest awards, Master Pastelist designation from the Great Lakes Pastel Society, received the Terry Ludwig Award of Excellence, GLPS National Show, and 2nd Place in the Gene Rantz Memorial Paint Out, Northport, MI.
